Black Truffle Infused Grapeseed Oil

This French Oil is produced using a 150 year old traditional method to slowly infuse the black truffles with the grapeseed oil. Grapeseed is the perfect carrier oil due to its neutral flavour, which means the only flavour you get is that of truffles.

It has a strong earthy flavour and it is perfect for drizzling on pasta, beef carpaccio, mashed potatoes, salad dressing and vegetables.
