Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This Oil has a distinct grassy green colour that carries a herbaceous flavour with a pleasant peppery aftertaste. It is sourced from the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese and has achieved EU PDO Status. This guarantees that the oil has been produced and prepared in a given geographical area using recognised know how from Koroneiki Olives.  It is cold pressed produced.

It is perfect in salad dressings, marinades, or served simply with Balsamic vinegar and bread.

Our olive oil is naturally rich in polyphenols, which are healthy antioxidants that give it is unique bitter and peppery taste. These compounds come from using green, unripe Koroneiki olives that are cold-extracted quickly after picking

The oil runs between 500-900 mg/kg of polyphenols from harvest to harvest.
