White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

This Italian vinegar has a dry and delicate flavour with the perfect degree of sweetness.

Its clear colour makes it perfect where a balsamic taste is required, but not the colour, such as glazed halibut, clear sauces, or a lighter salad dressing.

Please be advised that our producer in Italy has changed the process slightly and as a result the vinegar is paler and slightly cloudy than it used to be, but still tastes delicious.
