We currently only offer delivery within mainland UK via our website, however if you wish to enquire on our overseas delivery charges, please contact us on email@example.com for a bespoke quote. Orders that are placed between Monday and Friday will usually be processed within 24 hours, with despatch being the following working day. Please allow between 5 and 7 working days for your delivery to be received.
For our 1st class service, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to received. Order placed using our tracked next day service will be delivered the next working day providing it is placed before noon. Order placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Drury and Alldis will endeavour to ensure that all deliveries are received within this timescale, however please be advised that this cannot be guaranteed. If the dispatch is delayed, you will receive an email giving you a revised delivery date.
Payment online for our goods is accepted via credit or debit cards through our secure online payment providers Paypal or Worldpay. If you wish to pay for your goods via cheque please contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 07714 509432 during opening hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday) to pay over the phone.
Every effort is made to ensure that our prices shown on the website are accurate and up to date. If an error is discovered prior to goods being dispatched or collected then you will be contacted and you may cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid.
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately by telephone or email within three days, quoting your order number. The damaged goods will then need to be returned to us in the original packaging so that a full refund can be given or a replacement sent out.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods purchased on our website, you have the right to return these goods to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch provided that the goods remain in a saleable condition, and a full refund for the value of the goods will be issued.
